Does the KC Grate have a warranty?

[Yes, the KC Grate has a two year warranty on its steel fabrication, and a one-year warranty on its motor, power cord, and thermostat. An extended warranty may also be purchased. Note: The motor is quiet, to keep it quiet and long lasting it should be oiled each year with a few drops Anderol 465 oil. Using any other oil will ruin this special motor.]
